The placement activities comprise three key stages: pre-preparation, the process, and post-placement administrative activities. The preparation phase includes various workshops and sessions that focus on portfolio development, resume preparation, and interview skills. Additionally, an internal portfolio review is organized, where faculty members provide feedback and suggest improvements. Following this, an external portfolio review takes place with industry leaders who offer their expert insights.
The post-internship and placement phase includes gathering feedback from industry leaders and reporting managers on the students' performance and skill sets. Furthermore, there are discussions conducted to explore pre-placement offers and additional professional opportunities for students. The team also collaborates with industry professionals through various activities designed to inspire students, enhance their skills, and establish networks for future career opportunities.
