Pramod Riswadkar is the Dean of MIT ID Shillong, a passionate designer, educator, and consultant who expertly balances critical and creative thinking with a focus on functional aesthetics. His enriching career spans activities from strategic vision to tactical delivery. As a design educator and practitioner, Pramod values the learner's journey as much as the final creation, emphasizing user-centered design methodology and aesthetic sensibilities enhanced by technological advancements to improve the quality of living across the socio-economic spectrum. At this point in his career, Pramod aspires to establish an institute of eminence that will transform budding designers into professionals capable of making significant societal changes. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, painting, doodling, calligraphy, photography, and watching films and reality shows.

With over 13 years at Tata Consultancy Services, Lingkojoy has honed skills in iOS and Android applications, web design, user research, design methodology, visual and graphic design. He holds a Master’s degree in User Experience Design from Maeer's MITID and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Sri Jayachamaranjendra College of Engineering. Lingkojoy is passionate about design education and actively engages in the professional community, contributing to workshops and volunteering in the field of Human-Computer Interaction.

With a strong foundation in commercial product photography, event photography, and visual storytelling, I excel in crafting compelling visual narratives. As a co-founder of Studio Lopamudra, I have been at the forefront of innovative design solutions for nearly a decade. My extensive experience includes serving as Creative Art Director at Beyond Concepts Designing LLP and contributing as an architect at Groupphi Architects and Designers. Holding a Master’s degree in Transportation and Automobile Design from the National Institute of Design and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, I combine technical proficiency with artistic vision to create impactful designs. Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and certified in calligraphy, I am committed to continuous learning and creative excellence.
