The Associate Professor will be responsible for designing and teaching courses, supervising research, publishing high-quality research, securing funding, and actively participating in institutional academic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Supervise student research projects and guide thesis work.
- Conduct and publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure research grants and lead interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in university decision-making and committee work.
- Engage in faculty mentorship and academic outreach programs.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in university-level teaching and research.
- Strong publication record and proven ability to secure research funding.
- Demonstrated experience in student mentorship and faculty leadership.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and academic leadership skills.
