Shantipriya Nag has a strong academic background in finance and accountancy, having graduated with First Class Honors in Accountancy from the University of North Bengal, securing the 2nd position in the college. This was followed by an MBA in Finance & HR from the same university, where they achieved First Class with Distinction and stood 3rd in the university. Initially inclined towards the banking sector, they began their career as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank. However, a deeper passion for academics and research led them to pursue the UGC NTA NET examination in 2018, which they cleared on the first attempt with a 99 percentile.
