3+ Years of Experience
I have completed my graduation (Accountancy hons.) with Ist class, (stood 2nd in the College) from the University of North Bengal followed by MBA (Finance & Hr) with 1st class and distinction from the University of North Bengal itself. I also stood 3rd in the University. As a Finance student, initially I was inclined towards the banking sector and joined Axis Bank as an Assistant Manager. But eventually I realized that my real calling was to be back in academics specially in research. Hence, I appeared for UGC NTA NET examination in the year 2018. I qualified NET for Assistant Professor in my very 1st attempt with 99 percentile. Thereafter my academic journey started with AKS University, Satna (MP). I have also completed FDP 1 organized by AICTE. So essentially my journey has been one from being an Asst. Manager in the banking sector to being an Asst. Professor. I have found my home now.
