As a design educator and practitioner, Pramod values the learner's journey as much as the final creation, emphasizing user-centered design methodology and aesthetic sensibilities enhanced by technological advancements to improve the quality of living across the socio-economic spectrum.
At this point in his career, Pramod aspires to establish an institute of eminence that will transform budding designers into professionals capable of making significant societal changes. In his free time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, painting, doodling, calligraphy, photography, and watching films and reality shows.

Lingkojoy Oinam is an experienced Assistant Professor in UX Design at MIT University of Meghalaya, with a comprehensive background in user experience and interface design. With over 13 years at Tata Consultancy Services, Lingkojoy has honed skills in iOS and Android applications, web design, user research, design methodology, visual and graphic design. He holds a Master’s degree in User Experience Design from Maeer's MITID and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Sri Jayachamaranjendra College of Engineering. Lingkojoy is passionate about design education and actively engages in the professional community, contributing to workshops and volunteering in the field of Human-Computer Interaction.
